Territory Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, well organized and sales driven individual to represent Ceramic Tileworks as Territory Managers in the Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota territories.

The Territory Manager's primary responsibility is to service all dealer and key tile contractor customers by providing thorough product training, offering innovative flooring solutions and developing a partnership to support mutual success.  

This position requires the candidate to travel approximately 2-3 days a week, 2-3 weeks a month and to be flexible with their schedule in order to address time sensitive customer requests. The typical schedule will be 40-45 hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with flooring dealer showroom staff and decision makers as well as key tile contractors to ensure that our product lines are their first choice when making product selections
  • Educate and inform our customers about the specific features and benefits of our products through product presentations tailored to each customers needs
  • Analyze sales trends for the territory and specific customers within the territory to maximize the sales potential of each customer and meet overall sales goals
  • Manage the products being displayed throughout your territory based on key features of the product, territory sales analysis and overall sales goals
  • Maintain display materials in our customers' showrooms with clean, current product and information
  • Assist in securing the large projects being quoted in your territory to support our overall sales team
  • Network with and participate in relevant professional organizations

Required Qualifications: 

  • Ability to deliver compelling and technically accurate presentations to key decision makers and customer sales/design staff to drive sales
  • Strong communication skills - written & verbal
  • Self-starting and success-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven sales experience
  • Previous industry experience a plus

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail orientated individual to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

This individual will be responsible for entering orders from customers via face-to-face, fax or email. Additional duties include, but are not limited to filing, invoicing and data entry. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • AA or AS Degree (or higher)
  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ceramic tile or flooring customer service or sales experience
  • Self-starter
  • Experience handling customer service issues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license
